Latcom was founded in 1995. Over the years we have continued to grow and diversify alongside the IT Market.
After primarily focusing heavily in the banking sector, we have expanded into new sectors, insurance, aviation, legal, construction and education to name a few.

As we continue to expand our expertise and knowledge in these fields, we continue to recruit new sales consultants, we believe our extensive balanced in-house training schedule helps to understand the full cycle of recruitment to offer our clients and candidates the best services possible.
