1st Line IT Helpdesk / IT Service Desk – Trainee/Junior. Based in Liverpool city centre, my client has a new requirement for an 1st Line IT Helpdesk / IT Service Desk perosn. Please note this role is 100% office based and offers no work from home.
This role would suit someone with little experience or no experience but just with an genuine interest in IT! I am looking for an enthusiastic individual who possess basic IT skills with excellent communication and customer services skills. Any technical courses on MCSE or MCSA or VCP or MCP or CompTIA A-Plus would be advantageous but all training will be provided.
You will be responsible for providing 1st line support/troubleshooting both hardware and software, managing and support tickets ,etc.
