IT Support Engineer – 2nd Line. Based in Liverpool City Centre, Merseyside, my client has a new requirement for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer – 2nd Line with the option of 2 days WFH. I am looking for someone around 2-3 years experience in a similar role. This role is split into 50% BAU and 50% Project work. You must have experience/technical skills in:
- Strong task management skills with a track record of delivering projects with minimal supervision.
- Active Directory to an Group Policy Level.
- Microsoft 365 including security.
- Talking to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in technical support for critical business services.
- Enthusiastic/common sense.
- Excellent communicator/professional.
Role involves:
- Support/enhance critical IT services, including Active Directory & Microsoft 365.
- Support the delivery of project workstreams, meeting objectives efficiently.
- Innovate & drive efficiencies in IT service delivery.
- Develop/refine IT processes & procedures.
- Ensure SLAs and KPIs, delivering IT support to the highest standards.
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs.
