Start: ASAP | Contract: Freelance | Location: Remote/London hybrid - £450pd Outside IR35!

We’re looking for a Senior Digital/Technical Producer with 7+ years’ experience to join us on a fast-paced, high-complexity digital production. You’ll be embedded in a senior team, working with our Technical Director, UX and digital designers, Unity developers, game architects, and account leads—and may also oversee a digital project manager.

This is a client-facing, hands-on role. You’ll need to be comfortable managing dozens of moving parts across multiple workstreams—and crucially, you must not be phased by large builds with short timelines. There is a lot to do, fast, and many threads to hold together. We need someone who thrives in complexity and brings clarity, calm, and control.

You must have:

  • Proven experience delivering large, multi-threaded, high-complexity digital projects
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum, including backlog creation, sprint
  • planning, and workstream tracking. But you must also be unphased by an older-fashioned waterfall approach, where required
  • Ability to connect multiple deliverables and disciplines into a single unified delivery programme
  • Strong, hands-on experience with JIRA (or similar tools), setting up delivery systems from scratch
  • Experience writing and managing epics, user stories, work packages and
  • working closely with dev teams and suppliers
  • Client-facing confidence, able to communicate with clarity, honesty, and precision
  • The ability to manage budgets, reallocating and slicing as needed without losing sight of the big picture
  • First-hand experience in digital product development or complex interactive builds

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience in game development or real-time platforms such as Unity— this would be a real advantage, though not essential

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving the day-to-day delivery of a large and ambitious digital project
  • Tracking and aligning timelines, budgets, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Translating vision into reality across technical, creative, and experience-led strands
  • Keeping internal teams and clients aligned and informed
  • Maintaining momentum and control in a high-pressure, high-stakes environment
