Job Responsibilities
- Lead on analysis of complex business processes, demonstrating critical thinking and support the business in making decisions which will drive benefits and add value against its objectives
- Confidently elicit and effectively manage requirements from SMEs both in person and remotely across multiple locations in the UK and overseas
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, effectively delivering key messages, highlighting issues and driving decision making
- Create current and future state business processes using BPMN and clearly identify opportunities for improvement and call out non-value activity
- Create clear documentation using a broad range of tools and techniques dependent on project delivery method and project needs in line with best practice
- Support UAT through the creation of test scripts coordinating testing activity and defect management to support business readiness for change
Skills Required
- Previous experience as a Senior Business Analyst within a law firm with an international presence.
- An enthusiasm for change and supporting the business in defining processes which will add value with a keen interest in new technology
- Experience of using a broad range of business analysis practices to support change delivery
- Good written and presentation skills with an ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops, present requirements and processes in a clear, logical manner.
- Experience of working with a broad range of stakeholders across multiple locations
- Ability to mentor and develop less senior BAs in a collaborative and supportive way
- Experience working on a mixture of business services change, software, application or infrastructure projects.
This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH, 3 days office based.
